We analyse your workparts according to your requirements, or to meet VDA 19; ISO DIS 16232, and determine the amount of substances that can be removed from surfaces.

• At first, the workparts receive an ultrasonic cleaning.
• Then the dirt is prepared on a membrane using vacuum filtration.
• The amount of particles is specified gravimetrically by weighing the membrane before and after the filtration.
• The number and size of the particles are analysed microscopically. You will receive the results in an informative inspection protocol.
